We will be pleased to provide help and advice for future projects and you are welcome to look at samples of similar jobs we have produced.

Setting up artwork
Set up one document to the extremities of the job to include all elements and glue flaps.
Glue flaps shoulf be 15mm wide (13mm minimum) to accommodate glue bands and should be kept free of print; glue does not adhere effectively to a printed surface.

If you are not using one of our standard cutters you will need to create a cutter guide as part of your artwork. This guide will need to be accurate and to a workable design as we will use it to manufacture the cutting die. We recommend that you always make a mock-up so you can see exactly how your design works in practice. Extra costs will be incurred if it needs to be remade or changed due to an oversight.

If you are producing your own cutter guide you can create it in Quark, Illustrator or Freehand etc. It must have a continuous solid 1pt outline of the flat folder and include lines to represent all the folds, flaps, shaped edges and any business card slots.
For a modest additional cost we can undertake this work for you.
